Flea & Tick Season

We wanted to remind everyone that it is flea & tick season.  As always, we require every pet to be up to date on all vaccinations and on a monthly flea preventative like Frontline, Advantage or K9 Advantix prior to staying at the ranch.  

Those pets that come to Rover's Ranch with those pesky pests, will receive flea dips for a small fee.  This is done to keep our facility flea and tick free. 

Please ensure that your pets have their vaccinations and flea treatments at least 48 hours before their stay.  This is for the safety of your pet and the others staying at the ranch.  If vaccinations are not current upon arrival, we will have to ask you to take your dog to the vet and then bring him/her back to us. 

We know it seems harsh, but we do have you and your pet's best interest in mind. 

Note on Bordatella vaccination:  This vaccination is good for one year; however, most veterinarians will recommend vaccinating your pet for Bordatella every six months if the pet is being boarded or kenneled.
